Warranty Policy

LED Lamps and Lumen Modules are warranted for three (3) years from date of purchase. If a defect in a product is discovered during the applicable warranty period, Lumenilaire will repair or replace the product or the defective part, at its discretion.

Exclusions

This warranty does not extend to repairs, adjustments, or replacement of a product or part that results from:

misuse
negligence
alteration
modification
tampering
acts of God
line voltage surge
improper installation and/or maintenance of the product

Eligibility

This warranty extends only to the original installer of the product.

Disclaimer

OUR OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ITS PRODUCTS AS SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY SET FORTH BY LUMENILAIRE. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

LUMENILAIRE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO DISTRIBUTOR OR ANY OTHER PARTY IN STRICT LIABILITY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER MANNER FOR DAMAGES CAUSED OR CLAIMED TO BE CAUSED AS A RESULT OF ANY DESIGN OR DEFECT IN LUMENILAIRE’S PRODUCTS, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST BUSINESS OR PROFITS.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IF FOR ANY REASON LUMENILAIRE IS FOUND TO BE LIABLE, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUMENILAIRE’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT WHICH GIVES RISE TO THE CLAIM, LOSS, OR DAMAGE.

RETURNS

Any LUMENILAIRE product being returned must receive a Return Goods Authorization Service prior to sending product back.

All returned product is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Product must be returned within six (6) months of order date.
All product returned must be in its original packaging, be undamaged and unused and never energized.
Lumenilaire is not responsible for product loss or damage during return transit to RMA location.
